Your Task

Responsibilities

- Integrate AI into existing business ecosystems, connecting with APIs, internal and external services.
- Development and termination of services using automatic code generation tools.
- Coordinate — and be part of — technical teams and accompany and participate in the implementation.
- Keep up to date with the latest advances in applied AI.
- Strong development knowledge in Java, .Net, Angular, React, Vue or others.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of AI tools.
- Interlocution with different stakeholders, both internal and external (end customer, partners, etc.).

Requirements

Your Profile

We are seeking an experienced AI-focused Software Engineer with a strong technical foundation in software development, generative AI solutions, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in software development, proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks, knowledge of AI technologies, and the ability to lead technical teams while staying current with AI innovations.

Must Have Skills

- Minimum experience of 4-6 years in software development and participation in the delivery of software development projects.
- Experience in Generative AI solutions.
- Higher Degree in Computer Science or similar.
- Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks.




- Experience in project management methodologies, both classic and agile and hybrid.
- Java and/or .NET framework domain.
- Strong development knowledge in Java, .Net, Angular, React, Vue or others.
- Knowledge in AI (vector BDS, LLMs, etc.).
- Good knowledge or certifications in Prompting Engineer.
- Experience in participating in the execution of technological projects.
- Knowledge in SDLC with DevOps, Github, Platform Engineering, observability, building blocks tooling, SBOM compliance tools, etc.
- Experience in leading multidisciplinary and complex teams.
- Experience in cloud environments.
- Technological curiosity, with a “maker” mentality.
- Interest in new tools, architectures and different approaches.
- Collaborative, always willing to take on tasks and lead when necessary.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into practical solutions.

Nice to Have Skills

- Desirable knowledge of Python.
