- Collaborate in the search, gathering, analysis and structuring of information relevant to the project and to client needs, processes and business models.
- Collaborate in the functional and/or process design of the solution.
- Participate in the implementation of transformation or improvement initiatives within the project/client.
- Prepare functional deliverables and documentation and reports derived from the analysis carried out, following the area's consulting methodology and standards.
- Collaborate in workshops, interviews and sessions with the client and/or end users.
- Collaborate in drawing basic conclusions and recommendations from the analysis carried out.
- Support the translation of business requirements into product configurations and parameterizations.
- Support implementation and the resolution of functional incidents.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the sector and of the client's business model.
- Work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams (technical and functional), adapting to different environments.
- Train in and get to know the client's business and context.
- Keep their knowledge of trends and tools up to date.
