About the Role

Taphandles Cerviteca SL, the European subsidiary of Taphandles Inc. (USA), is hiring an entry-level Account Manager for our growing team in Barcelona. German-speaking candidates are especially welcome.

We design and manufacture custom beer fonts and tap handles that help breweries across Europe stand out at the point of pour. Our account managers are part brand consultant, part project manager, part creative partner. They listen carefully to a brewery, understand what the brand is really trying to say, and translate that vision into a brief our design and production teams can bring to life. Every engagement is custom, and every project starts with a conversation.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who loves listening, asking good questions, and solving problems for people, and who wants to grow into a full account management position managing brewery relationships across the European continent.

What You’ll Do

- Learn to manage customer relationships with breweries and brands across a diverse European territory, including major beer markets such as the UK, Germany, and Belgium
- Listen to brewery and brand teams, uncover what they need, and shape their ideas into clear design briefs
- Guide each project from first conversation through design, quoting, and production, keeping the customer informed and confident along the way
- Collaborate daily with our design, engineering, and production teams in Barcelona, the UK, and the USA
- Keep quotes, documentation, and project tracking current in NetSuite
- Help prepare presentations, prototypes, and client samples
- Join trade shows and brewery visits across Europe as you build your own client relationships

What We’re Looking For





- 0–3 years of experience in a customer-facing, design, marketing, or project coordination role; recent graduates are welcome
- A natural listener and problem-solver who understands what customers actually need and enjoys helping them get there
- Organized, curious, and comfortable managing several projects at once across different countries and cultures
- Interest in design, branding, and how physical products get made
- Fluent German, strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (C1 or better) and Spanish
- French, Italian, or other European language skills are a plus
- Valid EU work permit
- Enthusiasm for beer, brands, and creative manufacturing

Training & Growth You’ll receive direct mentorship from experienced account managers and technical leads. We’ll train you in our product line, manufacturing methods, and our consultative approach to client work, so you can confidently grow into a full Account Manager role with your own clients and projects across Europe.
