We're growing in Poland and looking for an Account Manager who knows the local gaming scene and can help us build strong relationships with creators, partners, and the gaming community.
Your Mission
As our Account Manager for Poland, you'll focus on three main areas:
1. Partner Management
- Build relationships with influencers, content creators, and media partners in Poland.
- Find and onboard new partners who fit our brand and audience.
- Coordinate campaigns and collaborations from start to finish.
2. Communication & Localization
- Translate and review content for the Polish market, including social media posts, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
- Make sure all content feels natural to Polish audiences and stays true to our brand voice.
3. Content & Marketing Coordination
- Plan and coordinate YouTube and Twitch content around game releases and promotions.
- Keep track of campaign results and share insights on the Polish market, our partners, and what works best.
What We're Looking For
Must Have
- Professional proficiency in Polish.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, community management, or digital marketing.
Good to Have
- A genuine interest in gaming and knowledge of the gaming industry.
- Familiarity with gaming influencers, streamers, and content creators.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage several projects at once.
- Comfortable working with performance data and using it to improve results.
- Able to work independently and manage priorities.
