What are we looking for?

- An/a Electronic Board Manufacturing Engineer , with at least 2 years of experience.
- Availability to join a stable project in Valdepeñas.
- Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Optical Engineering and Optometry, Physics, or an equivalent discipline.
- Work Model: on-site
- Work Schedule: 6h to 14h or 14h to 22h.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Optical Engineering and Optometry, Physics, or an equivalent discipline.
- English proficiency: minimum B2 level.
- 2 to 5 years of previous experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Experience Highly Valued In:
- Optronic systems.
- Electro-optical equipment.
- Optical instrumentation.
- Electro-optical and infrared sensors.
- Complex electronic equipment.
- Defense, aerospace,



or high-technology industries.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Knowledge of optics, optoelectronics, or electro-optical technologies.
- Definition and improvement of industrial manufacturing processes.
- Interpretation of technical documentation and engineering drawings.
- Manufacturing documentation management.
- Knowledge of quality tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with CAD tools and ERP/MES systems (preferred).
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, APQP, FMEA, and process control (considered an asset).

- Define and maintain manufacturing, assembly, and integration processes for optronic equipment.
- Prepare manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, production routings, procedures, and associated technical documentation.
