We are seeking a full-time Administrative & Customer Care Coordinator to join our team on-site in Palma de Mallorca.

This is a dynamic role combining office administration, financial coordination, supplier management, and customer service. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business while providing excellent support to our clients before and after installation. Maintain records of receipts, expenses,



and important documentation Maintain accurate filing systems and project records Coordinate customer service requests and after‐sales support Resolve minor customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience Support project coordination and general office administration Professional fluency in German and Spanish (spoken and written) – required Experience in office administration, customer service, operations, or bookkeeping support Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital administration tools English language skills are a plus Full-time position based in Palma de Mallorca Opportunity to work on high-end kitchen and interior design projects
