Role Description The AI Implementation Strategist is a full-time remote role responsible for designing and leading AI-driven implementation strategies for financial institutions adopting CoreFi’s platform. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their product, regulatory, and operational needs, mapping those requirements to CoreFi’s agentic AI cloud core banking capabilities, and defining end-to-end implementation plans. The strategist will translate business workflows (such as onboarding, lending, payments, compliance, and portfolio run-off) into scalable AI-enabled processes, working closely with product, engineering,



and compliance teams to configure and optimize solutions.

Day-to-day activities include conducting discovery sessions, documenting requirements, designing solution architectures, preparing implementation playbooks, coordinating project delivery, and monitoring performance to drive continuous improvement. The role also entails educating clients on AI best practices, risk management, and governance, ensuring safe, compliant, and effective use of AI in financial operations.

Qualifications

- Experience with AI strategy and implementation in financial services, including AI-enabled automation, workflow design, and human-in-the-loop oversight.
- Strong background in banking or fintech operations, with familiarity in lending, onboarding (KYC/AML), payments, core banking, and compliance workflows.
- Knowledge of cloud-native and composable architectures, microservices, APIs, and integration patterns for modern financial platforms.
- Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into technical solution designs and implementation plans.
- Project or program management experience, including stakeholder management, timelines, and delivery in a remote, cross-functional environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and structured communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Understanding of European financial regulations, risk, and compliance considerations; experience with regulated environments is highly beneficial.
