We are looking for an AI Software Engineer to join our international industrial automation company. The ideal candidate will have strong experience developing end-to-end AI/ML solutions, especially RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Agentic AI architectures, with excellent English communication skills.

Functions:

- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI-driven applications on cloud platforms (Azure and GCP).

- Build and optimize RAG pipelines and vector search systems.

- Develop and deploy agentic AI solutions to automate complex workflows and enable autonomous decision-making.

- Build scalable APIs, AI services, and MLOps/data pipelines.

- Monitor and optimize AI application performance, scalability, and cloud costs.

- Implement observability and monitoring solutions for LLM applications in production.

- Collaborate with international and cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an AI Software Engineer, AI Engineer,



ML Engineer, or similar role.

- Strong experience developing end-to-end AI/ML solutions.

- Solid knowledge of:

- RAG architectures

- LLMs and NLP

- Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., ADK)

- Vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, ChromaDB, etc.)

- MLOps frameworks (e.g., MLflow)

- Kubernetes

- Excellent Python programming skills.

- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as:

- PyTorch

- TensorFlow
- scikit-learn

- LangChain / LlamaIndex

- Experience monitoring LLM applications using observability platforms such as Langfuse.

- Experience with cloud platforms, especially Azure and GCP.

- Fluent English level.
