About the Role

We are looking for a curious and hands-on AI Solutions Specialist to build practical AI agents, automations and knowledge-powered solutions that help Product & Strategy teams work smarter and make better decisions. Using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate and Microsoft 365, you will turn defined business requirements into working solutions, test them with users and continuously improve their performance.

You will also contribute to the knowledge foundations behind these solutions, helping organise, structure and connect information so that AI-powered tools can deliver accurate, relevant and trusted answers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who enjoys experimenting with AI, automating processes and solving real business problems.

You will have the opportunity to take ownership of practical solutions, work closely with business stakeholders and develop your expertise in AI, automation and knowledge management. Previous experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio is not essential. We are looking for someone with relevant hands-on experience, a strong willingness to learn and the curiosity to explore new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:

Build AI Solutions and Automations

- Build and configure AI agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio based on defined user stories, requirements and specifications.
- Develop prompts, topics,



instructions and orchestration logic to deliver useful and reliable AI-powered experiences.
- Create automated workflows using Power Automate and other suitable tools.
- Configure knowledge sources, connectors and supporting integrations.
- Document solutions and produce straightforward user guides to support adoption.

Test, Release and Improve Solutions

- Test AI agents and automations to ensure they meet business requirements and deliver useful outcomes.
- Work with end users to gather feedback, understand challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Identify inaccurate, incomplete or unhelpful AI-generated outputs and make the necessary adjustments.
- Troubleshoot common technical issues and investigate potential solutions independently.
- Support users following deployment, track feedback and usage, and continuously improve delivered solutions.
- Communicate issues, risks and blockers early, involving technical specialists where appropriate.

Develop AI Knowledge Foundations

- Help maintain and improve the knowledge foundations that underpin AI agents and automated solutions.
- Contribute to the organisation and classification of content, including metadata, information structures and knowledge sources.
- Support the evolution of knowledge structures as information domains expand and new cross-product use cases emerge.
- Identify gaps, duplication and inefficiencies in existing content and information processes.
- Recommend practical improvements to how information is organised, connected, retrieved and used by AI solutions.

Collaborate Across Teams

- Work closely with Product teams, the AI Product Owner, subject matter experts, content owners and IT specialists.
- Translate defined business needs into practical, working AI solutions.




- Recommend implementation approaches and identify opportunities to simplify or improve existing processes.
- Seek guidance from technical specialists on more complex requirements, including security, governance, environments and enterprise integrations.

You are proactive, resourceful and comfortable working through challenges without always having a predefined solution. You can work independently within an agreed scope, communicate clearly with business users and collaborate effectively with colleagues from different backgrounds.

Essential Requirements

- Hands-on experience building AI, automation or digital workflow solutions using low-code/no-code platforms, AI agents, chatbots or workflow automation tools. Relevant internships, early professional experience or substantial personal projects will be considered.
- A practical understanding of generative AI, prompt design, knowledge grounding and the importance of testing AI-generated outputs.
- The ability to investigate problems, troubleshoot independently and experiment with different approaches to improve solutions.
- Confidence working with business users to understand requirements, test solutions and gather feedback.
- A proactive, adaptable and continuous-improvement mindset, with a willingness to learn from experimentation and mistakes.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Desirable Experience

- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate or the wider Microsoft Power Platform.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications, particularly SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
- An interest in knowledge organisation, taxonomies, metadata, content classification or structuring information for search and AI applications.
- Exposure to APIs, connectors and system integrations.
- Experience or interest in Product Marketing, business systems, consulting or B2B environments.
