Experteer Overview In this role you will own the data quality for a defined customer data domain within the CCMD programme, ensuring accurate and consistent customer records. You will act as the first escalation point for data quality issues, collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to trace root causes and drive improvements. You’ll shape and execute a long‑term data quality roadmap, aligning initiatives with broader CCMD goals, and support change management across functions. • Own data quality for a defined customer data domain, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of customer records
• Define and manage the end-to-end roadmap for data quality and process changes in the customer data domain
• Act as the first escalation point for data quality issues and coordinate resolution with business and IT stakeholders
• Perform root cause analysis with the Customer Master Data Manager to trace issues to source systems and processes
• Maintain and contribute to data standards, glossaries, and dictionaries (naming conventions, mandatory fields, classifications)
• Support the definition and refinement of deduplication and matching rules to improve golden record creation
• Report data quality metrics and trends using dashboards and exception reports
• Collaborate across sales, marketing, finance, IT,



and digitalisation to resolve data conflicts and champion process/system changes
• Assist the rollout of new data standards and processes to business users, translating technical issues into business language Responsabilidades
• Prior experience in a data steward, data quality analyst, or MDM analyst role
• Strong data governance mindset and stewardship application across systems
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies and duplicates
• Understanding of MDM concepts (golden records, mastering rules, matching/deduplication)
• Experience with MDM or CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, SAP, Profisee, Boomi, Informatica)
• Experience with data quality tooling (profiling, validation, monitoring via dashboards)
• SQL or query-based data investigation skills
• Understanding of data models (customer hierarchies, account types, industry classifications, contact relationships)
• Familiarity with GDPR or data privacy/compliance requirements as they apply to customer data
• Experience defining/applying customer data standards and supporting a customer master data programme
• Track record of working with business and IT stakeholders to resolve data ownership and quality issues
• Strong communication skills; ability to translate technical issues into business language
