We are Hiring for Autonomous Vehicle Test Operator position in Madrid, Spain.
This is a 12+ month contract role where you’ll operate and monitor self-driving vehicles. The vehicle will mainly run in autonomous mode, while you’ll monitor its behaviour, provide feedback, record observations, and occasionally take manual control when required.
The key eligibility requirement is a valid Class B driving licence with at least 5 years of professional/commercial driving experience.
The role is 40 hours per week and may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts. You’ll also need to be comfortable using laptops, smartphones, and basic applications such as Gmail, Google Sheets, and Docs.
Before starting in Madrid, there will be fully paid training in the USA, including travel, accommodation, and meals. After training, you’ll return to Madrid and continue working on autonomous vehicle operations with ongoing paid training.
