After Sales Manager – Spanish & French – Industrial Sector

Job Responsibilities

- Lead the after‑sales service team to ensure timely and high‑quality support for industrial equipment across European markets.
- Develop and execute after‑sales strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, reduce downtime, and increase equipment uptime.
- Manage warranty claims, service contracts, and spare‑parts logistics while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Serve as the primary liaison for Spanish‑ and French‑speaking customers, providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and training.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and sales departments to resolve complex technical issues and drive continuous product improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution rate, and customer Net Promoter Score (NPS) and report results to senior management.
- Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs and field service schedules.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, service partners, and key accounts in the industrial sector.
- Prepare and present regular after‑sales performance reports, forecasts, and budget proposals.

Essential Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Fluent in both Spanish and French (written and spoken). Proficiency in English is required.
- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, machinery, or heavy‑industry after‑sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.




- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing multicultural teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret technical data and market trends.
- Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems SAP, Salesforce) and MS Office suite.

Desired Experience

- 5+ years of experience in after‑sales service, field service engineering, or technical support within the industrial sector.
- At least 2 years of managerial or team‑lead experience.
- Previous experience **within the automation industry is a must**.
- Proven track record of improving service levels, reducing warranty costs, and increasing customer retention.
- Experience handling multi‑regional accounts and coordinating cross‑border service operations.
- Prior exposure to European market regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
