Experteer Overview In this role you will build and strengthen high-value strategic partnerships that align with Ferrer’s priorities and long-term value. You will serve as a key connector between Ferrer and its partners, enabling transparency, collaboration, and governance to maximize alliance performance. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and drive decision-making to deliver shared objectives. • Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with strategic partners to achieve shared objectives
• Oversee alliance governance, track milestones, and ensure contractual compliance
• Coordinate internal cross-functional teams to align communication, decisions and reporting

• Foster clear communication and escalation with key stakeholders at various organisational levels

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences or related field
• ≥5 years in Business Development u0026 Licensing, Alliance Management or Strategic Partner Management
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and life sciences business environment
• Experience in international, cross-functional/integral roles
