Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support CRM transformation initiatives based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 . The role involves gathering and defining business requirements, managing functional backlogs, facilitating collaboration between business and technical teams, and supporting solution validation and UAT activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse and document business and functional requirements.
- Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Model and document business processes.
- Prepare functional specifications and solution documentation.
- Manage and prioritize the functional backlog.
- Coordinate with development, architecture, and testing teams.




- Support the functional design of Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Participate in UAT and functional testing activities.
- Monitor and resolve functional issues.
- Ensure traceability from requirements through development and validation.
