[Internship] Business Analyst / Strategy Marketplace

Possibility to continue with an apprenticeship in September 2027

Location: Madrid offices (Alcobendas) Leroy Merlin headquarters

Hybrid work model: 2 days in the office and up to 3 days remote per week.

? THE CONTEXT The Adeo Marketplace Services team is looking for a Business Analyst / Strategy Intern to support the Business Analytics team in Madrid. This role offers a general view of our marketplace activity across both local and international perspectives.

? YOUR MISSION

Reporting to the Marketplace Strategy Manager and working with your tutor Hélène, you support business teams by delivering data analysis and operational insights.

Your main tasks

- Deliver weekly and monthly business reviews on specific areas and conduct ad-hoc analyses depending on business requests.
- Build and update reporting tools to help teams monitor key metrics effectively.
- Collaborate with data engineers and data analysts to create reliable and scalable data solutions.
- Prepare clear presentations and summary documents for senior leadership.
- Promote data-driven practices across business teams.
- Lead key improvement projects,



such as identifying priority sellers to onboard with our fulfillment partners to increase order volume and improve customer experience.

? YOUR PROFILE

Experience & Background:

- Final year Bachelor student or Master student from an engineering or business school.
- Looking for a 6-month internship starting in January or February 2027.
- Open to pursuing an apprenticeship starting September 2027.

Hard Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
- Fluency in English (C1 level minimum) and Spanish.
- Familiarity with SQL and/or data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Looker Studio).

Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and initiative.
- Capacity to work autonomously and collaborate within a team.
- Analytical mindset and attention to details.
