- Review salary and payroll-related policies across operating countries, and continuously optimize overseas payroll calculation processes.
- Own overseas employee compensation management, ensuring salaries, individual income tax filings, and social security contributions are processed accurately and on time.
- Responsible for overseas payroll data verification, compensation data analysis and reporting, payroll audits, and annual statutory declarations.
- Manage day-to-day communication with and performance oversight of overseas HR and payroll vendors.
- Respond to employee inquiries on compensation and benefits matters, and support the overseas HR team in driving compensation-related projects forward.




- Take on other overseas compensation and payroll duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

- Prior payroll or compensation operations experience in a multinational environment.
- Proficient command of English and Spanish — strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with the ability to work as a primary communication language in a cross-cultural setting.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving ability, with high attention to detail and a strong sense of data compliance.
- Good professional ethics, strong team spirit, and a high sense of responsibility.
