Hikvision is searching for an Internship Technical Support Intrusion to support the area in the following
* Provide basic technical support to customers, distributors, and installers.
* Assist in the configuration of intrusion alarm systems and related devices.
* Support the diagnosis and resolution of simple technical issues.
* Perform functional tests on equipment and verify correct configuration.
* Assist with firmware and software updates for security devices.
* Contribute to the preparation of technical documentation and installation guides.
* Support the technical team in projects, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activities.
* Register, document, and follow up on technical incidents and support requests.




* Assist in the preparation and delivery of technical training sessions for customers and partners.
* Collaborate with other departments on activities related to electronic security solutions. Requisitos mínimos
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Engineering, preferably in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
* Eligible to undertake a university internship agreement for a period of 6 to 12 months.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
* Basic understanding of IP networking, electronics, telecommunications, or security systems would be highly valued.
* High level of English, both written and spoken.
* Based in Bilbao or willing to work in Bilbao.
* Strong willingness to learn and develop within the electronic security industry.
* Proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and eagerness to take on new challenges.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Interest in technical support, security technologies, and customer-oriented environments.
