? THE ROLE Join a small engineering team and help modernize an insurance platform through migration, architectural improvements, and the gradual adoption of AI-assisted development. ?️ WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Develop and maintain backend services, primarily in PHP and Python.
• Contribute to full-stack development, including Vue.js.
• Help design scalable features and improve performance and maintainability.
• Support the platform migration and refactoring.
• Contribute to event-driven and distributed architectures.
• Use tools such as Claude or Copilot to improve development efficiency.
• Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams. ? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Strong PHP backend development experience.
• A solid understanding of modern software architecture.
• Experience with cloud environments, ideally AWS.




• Familiarity with AI developer tools such as Claude or Copilot.
• Interest in AI-assisted coding and agent-based workflows. Python, Vue.js, AI developer tools, and experience in a fast-growing scale-up are a plus. ? THE ENVIRONMENT
