We're looking for an Exchange Product Manager to join our team in Madrid and play a key role in shaping the future of neuro-contextual advertising at a global scale. Market analysis and trends: As Product Manager, the ideal candidate will become part of a squad including multiple Backend Engineers. Together with the Engineering Manager, the idóneo candidate will need to understand development timings and uncertainty around these, be comfortable around MVPs to find possible short-cuts while understanding the tradeoffs made in the resulting technology, define future iterations to build up the best technology while ensuring its producing impact from the very beginning. Work closely with our strategic partners, with special focus on suppliers and ad servers,



to establish and maintain strong integrations. Collaborate on identifying partnership opportunities, resolving technical issues, and optimizing platform performance. The ideal candidate will need to adapt technical developments to non-technical language, properly communicate our developments and innovation to internal teams (partnerships/success/etc.) Conduct tests and experiments to validate new ideas and approaches. Together with the Engineering Manager, the Product manager will need to be responsible for the roadmap, the developments of the squad, ensuring and measuring the success of the projects, improving ways-of-working, etc. Balance new feature development with a strong focus on usability, automation and scalability. Work closely with Engineering, Curation, TechOps and Commercial teams to understand pain points, prioritize improvements and measure the impact in terms of operational efficiency and revenue generation.
