As Corporate Communications Specialist, you shape how Codeway is understood: by the industry, the press, partners, and our own people. You turn strategy into clear communication, align a 400+ person company around one story, and lead the communication of our biggest moments. Along the way, you build our press and partner network while raising the communication standard across the company with the support of the communications team alongside you. You work close to Codeway's strategic direction and own its presence: how the company is seen, how it's known, and how it explains itself in the moments that matter most. Communication strategy for company moments. Flagship events, leadership sessions, company-wide milestones. You own the communication layer of each: the goals, the messages, the flow,
