What will your role involve?

At Altavia Pixel, we’re looking for a digitally native profile, creative and fan of films and series to join our social media team.

- Creating impactful content: Filming, editing and publishing short, snappy clips designed entirely for social media consumption. This involves keeping up to date with trends, audio clips and everything that’s the talk of social media. You’ll take part in brainstorming sessions with the rest of the team.
- Native and fast editing: Edit with ease on your mobile or computer using tools such as CapCut, Premiere or the built-in editing suites on TikTok and Instagram. You don’t need to be an expert in editing or sound, as we have an in-house team for complex projects, but basic skills on that are required.

What are we looking for in you?

- Audiovisual culture: You’re a die-hard fan of films and TV series. You’re up to speed with the latest releases, cult classics and the theories doing the rounds.
- Social media DNA: You understand the rhythm of TikTok and Reels. You know why a hook in the first two seconds works and how to choose the perfect music to maximise reach.
- Basic and efficient editing: Proficiency in quick-edit tools (CapCut, InShot, basic Premiere)



and the platforms’ own creative ecosystem (stickers, dynamic captions, voice effects).
- Unfiltered creativity: Constantly coming up with fresh ideas, whilst also knowing where the boundaries lie.
- Aesthetic and narrative judgement: You pay attention to the visuals, framing and pacing so that the videos hold the viewer’s attention right to the end.

Essential: English at a minimum of B2–C1 level; this is required for day-to-day management of the account due to its international profile. Certification is not strictly necessary, but there will be a practical test. What do we offer?

- Working arrangement: Hybrid, with 3 days of remote working per week.
- Working hours: Full-time
- Creative environment: Genuine freedom to propose ideas, experiment with new formats and talk about what you’re most passionate about.
- Salary: €23,000+ gross per year, depending on experience.
