As our People Business Partner for Engineering, Product & Operations, you won't just be "doing HR"
- you will be the strategic architect of our technical organization's culture and performance. You will partner directly with our CTO, VPs, and People Leaders of Engineering, Product & Operations to align our people strategy with an ambitious product roadmap, ensuring we have the right talent, right structure, and leadership to drive a more sustainable future powered by cutting‐edge solar technology. Provide expert HR guidance to Leaders, translating complex business requirements into effective people solutions. Lead workforce planning and restructuring initiatives to ensure our general org design models are optimized for delivery. Drive the end‐to‐end talent lifecycle, from high‐standard performance management and calibration to identifying our next generation leaders. Support managers with complex casework and employee relation issues, ensuring a fair, empathetic, and compliant approach across our global jurisdictions. Act as the "voice of the employee" by analyzing global engagement survey data (CultureAmp). Work hand‐in‐hand with the People Operations and legal team to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle. You will provide the "human context" for payroll, benefits, and compliance changes, ensuring that our global processes (managed via Deel) are high‐touch and employee‐centric. Partner with People Ops to refine our "Remote‐First" workflows, making sure that administrative tasks (onboarding, contract changes, exits) are efficient and provide a great experience for our technical talent. Proven experience as an HRBP supporting Engineering and Product teams.



Experience managing remote/global teams and a strong understanding of international labor standards (experience with Deel is a plus). Experience coaching leaders on performance management, team dynamics, and effective leadership. You love data and use it to build a case for your recommendations. You don't just share data; you build engagement around HR initiatives at the senior management level. You are comfortable being a "critical friend" to leadership, ensuring the right decisions are made for both the people and the business.
