Neuraxpharm is looking for a Corporate People Business Partner (Manufacturing Site - Spain) based in Barcelona (hybrid role)

Your Mission

Act as a People Business Partner for manufacturing Site, Quality &

- Science area, providing professional HR advice and operational support in all the processes across the employee lifecycle. Contribute to business objectives through effective people management, employee relations, talent acquisition, organizational development, employee engagement and compliance with labour legislation and company policies.

Your Major Accountabilities

- Act as the sole People Partner supporting a scope of over 300 employees, across operators and technical functions, providing end-to-end People support.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on People-related matters, supporting day-to-day employee and organizational needs.
- Manage workforce planning and absenteeism, ensuring appropriate workforce coverage and supporting business requirements.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, ensuring effective management of the employee lifecycle.
- Manage employee relations, including disciplinary procedures and termination processes, in line with labour legislation, applicable Collective Agreements and internal policies.
- Partner with the business in the implementation of organizational changes, People policies and processes.
- Support compensation, payroll and HR administration, ensuring accurate HR reporting and employee data management.
- Manage SuccessFactors (SF) changes and employee data updates, ensuring data accuracy and appropriate implementation of organizational changes.
- Drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives,



including the implementation and follow-up of Engagement Survey action plans.
- Support Manager Assessment and people development initiatives, coordinating the relevant People processes.
- Ensure compliance with labour legislation, Collective Agreements and internal People policies across the assigned scope.
- Participate in People department projects and continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.

We Would Like You To Have

- Solid HR Business Partner experience (3-5 years) in a Manufacturing site (ideally pharmaceutical company), with strong exposure to employee relations, talent acquisition, organizational change, and people management practices.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms and performance management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, collaborate effectively and provide independent HR guidance to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Strong knowledge of Spanish labour law, employee relations practices, collective bargaining agreements and the - Spanish employment market.
- Bachelor s degree in Labour Relations or Human Resources or related field
- Expert in Labour –
- Relations in a manufacturing Site
- Language: Fluent Spanish &
- English
