About River AI

Our Mission: Redefine how modern brands grow in the era of AI. Founded in 2025 in Switzerland & Spain by a Forbes 30 Under 30 entrepreneur and an ex-Silicon Valley AI engineer, River is building AI-native growth infrastructure for modern businesses.

We're starting in aesthetic medicine & plastic surgery, helping clinics turn more leads into consultations, patients and revenue through AI, automation and smarter funnel management. We're currently a small team of five, with our first paying customers already live.

Now we're looking for someone who can help take River from invisible to impossible to ignore.

Your Opportunity

You won't be joining a marketing department. You'll help build it.

We're looking for a creative, design-driven growth marketer who combines exceptional visual taste with a genuine understanding of marketing, funnels and customer acquisition.

Someone who doesn't just create beautiful posts, but understands why people stop scrolling, engage, trust a brand and eventually become customers. You'll work directly with our founders, shape our visual identity, build our social presence and turn creative ideas into measurable growth.

This is a hands-on role. We value execution over endless strategy presentations. :)

What You'll Do

1. Brand, Design & Creative Direction

- Shape River's visual identity and establish a consistent brand guideline.
- Create exceptional, modern designs for social media, campaigns, presentations and our website.
- Develop high-quality ad creatives, carousels, product visuals and visual storytelling.
- Make River look and feel like a leading AI-native software company.

2. Social Media & Founder Branding

- Build River's Instagram and LinkedIn presence with a clear content strategy.
- Create approximately three high-quality posts per week, including reels, educational carousels,



founder content and product insights.
- Help our founders build strong personal brands on Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Proactively suggest content ideas, prepare scripts, plan shoots and edit video material.
- Turn our industry knowledge into compelling content that positions River as an expert in AI, funnel management and clinic growth.

3. Meta Ads & Creative Experimentation

- Create, launch and optimise Meta Ads campaigns.
- Develop and test different creative concepts, hooks, formats and messaging angles.
- Experiment with audiences, landing pages and conversion strategies.
- Analyse what generates qualified leads, booked demos and real business opportunities.
- Continuously improve campaigns based on performance, not assumptions.

4. Community, Funnels & Growth

- Understand our ideal customers: plastic surgeons, aesthetic clinic owners and their teams.
- Build relationships through meaningful engagement with relevant Instagram and LinkedIn profiles.
- Think beyond likes and reach: understand the journey from first impression to paying customer.
- Improve messaging, landing pages and calls to action across our marketing funnel.
- Support our Framer website with content, design and conversion improvements.
- Identify new growth opportunities and proactively bring ideas to the team

Who You Are

- Exceptional visual taste: You can show us outstanding designs, campaigns or brands you've personally created. This is essential.
- A true doer: You don't wait for someone to tell you what to post. You take initiative and make things happen.
- Growth-minded:



You understand funnels, conversions, customer acquisition and why marketing needs to deliver business outcomes.
- Creative AND analytical: You love beautiful design but also care about metrics, experimentation and improving results.
- AI-native: You actively use modern AI tools to create better content, improve workflows and move faster.
- Entrepreneurial: You enjoy building from zero, challenging ideas and working directly with founders.
- Detail-oriented: Good enough isn't your standard. You care about the extra 10% that makes work stand out.
- Fluent in English and Spanish. German, French or Italian is a plus.
- Experience with B2B SaaS, technology, healthcare or performance-driven brands is a strong advantage.

Your portfolio and what you've actually built matter much more to us than your university degree.

Your Stack

Experience with (or willingness to master):

- Design & Content: Figma, Canva, Adobe, CapCut, AI image and video tools.
- AI & Building: Claude, ChatGPT, Framer, Lovable, Notion and modern AI-powered creative workflows.
- Growth & Performance: Meta Ads Manager, Instagram Insights, creative testing and basic funnel analytics.

(You don't need to know every tool. We care much more about what you can create with them)
