Hill International is seeking a Operational Excellence (PMO) Department Manager in the United States, Australia, France, United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, and Netherlands. Position will require relocation to Saudi Arabia (KSA). Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
Review and update policies, processes and procedures, quality assurance, continuous improvement, risk management, training and projects monitoring & reporting. Develop and get ratified department operating structure and department operating processes and procedures based on the PMM processes and procedures. Assess the capability of the existing PMO Department staff and recommend appropriate roles and responsibilities Prepare the department knowledge
