Job Summary:

Flowserve is seeking a technically strong Buyer to manage the procurement of industrial materials, equipment, subcontracted components, and specialized services for operations in Venezuela, Ecuador, and Colombia. This role will partner with Engineering, Operations, Commercial Operations, Supply Chain,



and suppliers to ensure purchases meet technical requirements, quality standards, cost targets, and delivery commitments.

The Buyer will own the supplier portfolio, support quotation activities, strengthen strategic sourcing initiatives, and contribute to improved profitability and on-time delivery.

The successful candidate must be based in Venezuela and able to operate effectively in a multi-country environment. Responsibilities &

Requirements:
Manage end-to-end purchasing of industrial materials, equipment, subcontracted components, and specialized services. Apply Just-in-Time purchasing principles to maintain material availability while optimizing inventory levels. Review technical specifications, drawings, and engineering requirements to ensure purchased items meet internal and customer standards.

Identify, evaluate, develop, and manage local and international suppliers. Negotiate pricing,
