REVLON, at its Barcelona HQ, is looking for a Customer Service Agent Asia Market Export to join the team on a temporary basis.

The Role The position is responsible for managing the Order-to-Delivery process, supporting the Sales team and acting as the main point of contact for customers regarding service-level performance.

The role involves monitoring operational KPIs on a daily basis, identifying inefficiencies and supporting corrective actions, with a continuous focus on improving service levels.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer service activities to ensure a high level of service.
- Work closely with Supply Planning, Distribution and Finance to achieve objectives and plans.
- Support Sales & Marketing in achieving sales plans, ensuring relevant information is accurate, updated, shared and validated.




- Coordinate and maintain customer and material master data to prevent complaints, returns and credits caused by incorrect information.
- Handle customer requests and act as the central point of contact for customer queries.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of the order process.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Customer Service knowledge and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of SAP SD or JDE.
- Fluent English (C1).
