The Opportunity

This is a highly visible role sitting at the intersection of Finance, Data, and Technology.

You'll work closely with Finance stakeholders to understand how the business operates, translating complex processes and information into clear, scalable enterprise data models that support reporting, analytics, and future AI initiatives.

Rather than focusing on development or reporting, you'll be responsible for defining the structure, meaning, and relationships behind business data, acting as a key link between business teams and technical delivery functions.

This is an opportunity to influence the direction of enterprise data strategy within a global organisation while working alongside some of the brightest minds in the data space.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partnering with Finance stakeholders to understand business processes, data requirements, and information needs
- Creating and maintaining conceptual and logical data models for a complex enterprise environment




- Translating business concepts into structured data frameworks that can be implemented by technical teams
- Collaborating with Data Engineering, Analytics, and Architecture teams to ensure models support business objectives
- Defining standards, best practices, and governance approaches for data modelling
- Helping shape how data is leveraged for advanced analytics and AI use cases
- Building strong relationships across multiple business and technology functions

Key Requirements:

- Experience in Enterprise Data Modelling, Data Architecture, Information Architecture, or a similar discipline
- Strong understanding of Finance processes and data structures
- Experience working with SAP data in a business or enterprise data environment
- The ability to engage confidently with both business and technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience translating complex requirements into structured, scalable data models
- A proactive, autonomous approach and the confidence to operate in a highly collaborative environment
