Hybrid working with 4 days per week in our Barcelona office and remote working 1 day per week.

Your responsibilities

- Develop customer demand forecasts (using statistical models ,market intelligence).
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to improve forecast accuracy.
- Create demand plans (Operational Demand Plans up to CM+18, with detailed level up to CM+6).
- Balance inventory levels, service levels, and operational costs.
- Track forecast accuracy and bias, report deviations, and implement corrective actions.
- Incorporate new product launches, promotions, and market changes into demand plans.
- Monitoring supply, highlighting the main bottlenecks and issues.
- Manage a team of 2 people.

About you

- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills (Power BI, Power Query, SQL).
- Knowledge of statistical modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Experience with ERP / planning tools (SAP IBP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.




- Effective communication and stakeholder management (close collaboration with Sales/Marketing/Production).
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Proven ability to work effectively with diverse systems and quickly adapt to new technologies
