- Work mode: Hybrid, 2 to 3 days onsite per week

- Start date: ASAP

- Duration: 3 months (November to January)

- Extension possibility: Up to one year

- Language(s): Fluent English (mandatory). Spanish not required

Project Summary

We are looking for a Project Manager to support a general Target Operating Model (TOM) programme covering engineering, installations and maintenance processes. Working within a central core team under internal supervision, the profile will focus on process mapping and modelling, data analysis and KPIs, project planning and deliverable documentation, while coordinating directly with project teams worldwide.

Requirements

Main Responsibilities

- Map engineering,



installations and maintenance processes

- Design process support models in Signavio

- Analyse data and build KPIs

- Manage project planning

- Produce supporting documentation for TOM deliverables (presentations, Google Docs, Sheets)

- Coordinate directly with project teams across regions worldwide

Experience Required

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project management and process modelling

- Experience with data analysis tools (Power BI or similar)

- Experience in process modelling (Signavio, Draw.io or similar)

- Strong writing and documentation skills

- Fluent English
