Set clear expectations for stakeholder participation, decisions, approvals, and validation activities. Facilitate discussions where needs or requirements conflict, document the outcome,
and escalate unresolved decisions with clear options and implications. Support adoption and outcome reviews by ensuring affected users understand the change and business sponsors can assess whether the intended need was met.
Stream status support
Help the EP Owner maintain a concise, current view of each stream, including overall status, key milestones, blockers, risks, dependencies, decisions, and next actions. Collect and verify updates with stream owners, focusing leadership attention on material changes and items that need a decision or intervention.
