At ING we are looking for a Digital Business Expert - Account & services Your role and work environment: We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Business Expert to join our Surfing Account squad of Daily Banking & Savings Tribe The responsibility of this team is to give an outstanding service to transactional customers, as well as develop them towards MPB. In addition, there are added value services such as travel plan, Global Exchange or Tax Down, that we want to offer in the best way to our customers, to increase their engagement and satisfaction with the bank. As a Digital Business Expert of Surfing Account, you will: Contributing to the development of our customers, by offering added value services that they can contract and promoting that they bring their payroll to become into Mobile Primary Bank Continuous follow-up of different campaigns, hand-by-hand with Marketing and CI.

Designing communication strategy to increase the penetration in the different services Having the operative and financial risk under control, according to the internal and external regulatory framework Leading our partners relationship, ensuring smooth communication. These are some of the qualities that we value the most for this role. Customer-centric mindset, with experience analyzing customer trends, behaviors and usage patterns.

Srong analytical skills, with advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI and/or MicroStrategy. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders. We put balance to work, so you can do it too.

Expert de Surfing Account, te encargarás de:

- Contribuir al desarrollo de nuestra clientela, ofreciendo servicios de valor añadido que puedan contratar y promoviendo que domicilien su nómina para convertirse en Mobile Primary Bank.
- Diseñar la estrategia de comunicación para incrementar la penetración de los distintos servicios.
- Mantener bajo control el riesgo operativo y financiero, de acuerdo con el marco regulatorio interno y externo.
- Quieres saber si este puesto está hecho para ti? Orientación a la clientela, con experiencia en el análisis de tendencias, comportamientos y patrones de uso de clientes. Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma, tomar la iniciativa y hacer que las cosas sucedan con una actitud proactiva. Sólidas capacidades analíticas, con conocimiento avanzado de Excel, Power BI y/o MicroStrategy.
