Define ambitious yet achievable sales objectives and translate them into clear, effective commercial action plans.
Drive business growth in line with the company's strategic goals and continuously assess the effectiveness of commercial activities.
Analyze sales performance, profitability and profit margins in order to identify opportunities and implement appropriate improvement measures.
A strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to define and successfully implement commercial strategies and manage a P&L.;
Proven track record in commercial management, sales leadership and business development, ideally within an international B2B environment.
Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, develop and empower a commercial team.
Strong analytical skills and a sound understanding of sales performance, profitability and profit margins.
As a native Spanish speaker, you can seamlessly switch to English and are accustomed to working in an international environment.
