Would you like to work in customer service in an environment where sunshine, the sea, and career opportunities come together? Releasy is currently looking for engaged and service-minded danish speaking Customer Service Agents to join our team in Fuengirola, Spain.
As a Customer Service Agent, you will become an important part of our team, helping customers schedule vehicle workshop appointments. We are looking for someone with previous experience in the automotive industry, for example in customer reception, service advising, planning, or workshop booking coordination. When the team works closely together, shares knowledge, and supports one another, we achieve better results and create a more enjoyable workday. Experience in customer service
Previous experience in the automotive industry, particularly in customer reception and workshop booking coordination
Fluent Danish, both spoken and written
Good English communication skills, both spoken and written
Experience working with telephone-based customer support and computer systems
A comprehensive and well-structured onboarding and training program
