We are looking for a Finance Analyst - Collections to join our Finance team. The resource will be responsible for overseeing the collection process on the Italian customer portfolio, reducing the overdue and average collection times (DSO) through a structured reminder activity and constant coordination between customers, commercial function and customer service.
Role Mission Manage the collections process for the Italian customer portfolio, reducing overdue receivables and average collection times through a structured and documented follow-up process. The role serves as the main point of contact between customers, the Sales function, and Customer Service to resolve disputes that may delay payments. In addition, the position provides operational support in basic controlling activities, credit management reporting, and month-end closing processes.
Main Responsibilities Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve disputes and customer claims.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives and the standardization of back-office procedures.

Manage administrative tasks related to electronic invoicing and the handling of related error notifications.
