A fast-growing global technology organisation operating in a highly dynamic and evolving market are looking for an Order Management Analyst to join their Global Order Management function in Madrid. About the Role
The Order Management Analyst supports the global Order Management function and manages the end-to-end booking process for assigned orders, from the booking-ready handoff in Salesforce CRM through accurate sales order creation and release in Oracle ERP.
The role serves as a booking control point by validating approved commercial documents and operational data, resolving booking exceptions, maintaining alignment between Salesforce and Oracle, and completing a clean handoff to Manufacturing, Logistics, Fulfillment, Billing, Licensing, Support, and other downstream teams.



This is a hands-on individual contributor role;
the analyst is expectedto manage an assigned workload independently, follow established controls, elevate material exceptions promptly, and contribute to process standardization and automation across the integral booking operation.
Responsibilities
Execute global bookings from approved Salesforce opportunities and quotes through accurate sales order creation and release in Oracle ERP within agreed service levels.
Review quotes, order forms, purchase orders and supporting documentation to validate customer, products, pricing, quantities,
