Our goal is simple: when someone in Spain thinks about going out, they think Xceed. We want to be the reference platform for going out in Spain. That means the place to discover what’s on, get in and book the table, whether it’s a club in Madrid, a festival in Valencia or a sunset party in Ibiza. To get there, we need the best venues, festivals and promoters in the country on Xceed. That’s where you come in. You find them, win them over and bring them on board, and you’re rewarded for it every month, with no ceiling.

Who you are
You’re a salesperson first: you love the chase, the pitch and the close. Music and nightlife are in your blood, and you either have years in the industry or a passion that shows in every conversation. You already know half of the Spanish scene, and the other half will know you soon.You might come from a B2B platform that sells to venues and organisers (ticketing, SaaS, payments, POS). You might come from a booking agency,



a festival or an events company, where you’ve spent years negotiating with artists, venues and promoters. Either way, you know how to sell, and you know who to call.
What you’ll do

- Hunt. Build and own a fast-moving pipeline of new venues, festivals and promoters across Spain, from Barcelona and Madrid to Ibiza, Valencia, Marbella and every summer hotspot in between.
- Own the whole deal. Prospecting, discovery, qualifying, pitching and demos, negotiating and closing. No hand-offs and no excuses.
- Get out there. Go to the events, the venues and the industry gatherings. Show up in person and online until “Xceed” is the first name people think of when they talk about ticketing.
- Win the hard conversations. Explain why Xceed beats the spreadsheet, the competitor and “we’ve always done it this way”. Then negotiate deals that work for both sides.
- Hand over clean. Work with Ops, Marketing and Product so every partner you sign has a smooth start, and pass happy partners on to our
