One of our key international clients is expanding its Payments & Treasury team and is looking for an experienced FIS Payment Hub Specialist to join a strategic project working closely with an expert team based in Barcelona and Paris.

Role Name: FIS Payment Hub Specialist

Reason for the Request: Team expansion

Duration: 12 months + extension

Start Date: ASAP - target start date: Mid November

Required Experience

- +3-5 years of hands-on experience configuring, administering, and supporting FIS Payment Hub. (Priority 1)
- Strong hands-on experience with FIS Payment Hub configuration and transformation framework, including payment templates, format definitions, transformation rules, scripting, datasets, sequencing, and related payment processing components.
- Experience managing BAU activities, incident resolution, platform upgrades, and deployments.
- Experience with payment processing environments, bank connectivity, and SWIFT messaging.
- Knowledge of bank accounting processes, treasury operations, user access management, and platform monitoring.
- Ability to create queries, analyze data, and troubleshoot payment processing issues.
- Knowledge of Coupa Treasury is highly valued. (Priority 3)
- Familiarity with payment standards such as ISO 20022, SEPA, and SWIFT MT/MX is highly desirable.
- Fluent English is mandatory.



French is highly preferred due to close collaboration with the Paris-based team. (Priority 1 & 2)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working within SAP S/4HANA environments is a plus.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Candidates based in Barcelona or Paris are preferred . (Priority 4)

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, maintain, and enhance the FIS Payment Hub platform.
- Support payment processing operations, bank integrations, and SWIFT connectivity.
- Manage monitoring activities, incident investigation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Create and maintain queries, reports, and operational controls.
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions.
- Collaborate closely with the Paris-based Payments & Treasury team.
- Participate in platform upgrades, testing, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work with Treasury, Finance, IT teams, and banking partners to ensure stable and efficient payment operations.
