We are looking for a business-oriented FP&A; professional responsible for partnering with Commercial, Industrial, Supply Chain, Energy and Management teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making. The role leads budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis, identifies risks and opportunities, and drives actions to improve profitability, cash generation and capital allocation. Reporting to the FP&A; Manager / Finance Director Spain, this position has a strong business partnering and FP&A; focus rather than a traditional controlling or accounting approach.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the annual Budget, rolling Forecasts and Mid-Term Plan processes for the Cement business in Spain, ensuring alignment between operational, commercial and financial assumptions. Develop and maintain financial models covering volumes, pricing, costs, working capital, CAPEX and cash flow. Analyze business performance, explain variances, and provide actionable recommendations to support decision-making and improve profitability.

Monitor key business and operational drivers, including production performance, energy consumption, logistics, inventories and cost evolution. Assess risks and opportunities related to energy, CO2, commodities and market dynamics through scenario and sensitivity analyses. Support pricing, commercial strategy and profitability optimization across products, customers and markets.

Prepare business cases for strategic investments, including CAPEX, decarbonization, energy efficiency and operational improvement projects. Partner with Commercial,



Operations and Supply Chain teams to drive margin improvement, cost efficiency and cash generation initiatives. Deliver management reporting, dashboards and financial insights to senior leadership.

Continuously enhance FP&A; processes, reporting tools and forecasting accuracy through automation and improved analytics. Requisitos:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in FP&A;, business finance, strategic controlling or financial analysis, preferably in cement, building materials, heavy industry, energy or another process industry.
- Strong understanding of integrated P&L;, balance sheet and cash-flow planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modelling, business cases and investment appraisal.
- Ability to connect operational drivers with financial outcomes and to communicate conclusions clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI or similar business-intelligence tools is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of SAP, particularly FI, CO and CO-PA, is a must. Experience with planning or consolidation tools is an advantage.
- Fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English. Catalan is an advantage.
