? Freelance SAP MM/PURCH Senior Consultant | 100% Remote | Europe

We are looking for an experienced Freelance SAP MM/PURCH Senior Consultant to support procurement and supply chain transformation projects within the Retail and Food industries.

? Location: 100% remote from anywhere in Europe

? Contract: Freelance

?️ Languages: Italian and English – both mandatory

? Experience: 6–8 years

? Key Responsibilities

- Analyse, design and implement SAP MM/PURCH solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt, inventory management, invoice verification and supplier management.
- Support and manage integrations between SAP MM and OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) .
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain and business stakeholders to optimise processes.
- Support system enhancements, rollouts, testing, data migration and solution design workshops.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical development teams.

? Required Skills & Experience





- 6–8 years of experience as an SAP MM/PURCH Consultant.
- Strong expertise in SAP MM, Purchasing, Inventory Management and Invoice Verification.
- Hands-on experience with OpenText VIM , invoice processing and approval workflows.
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes and SAP FI integration.
- Fluent in both Italian and English .

? Nice to Have

- Experience in the Retail and/or Food industries.
- Knowledge of supplier management, supply chain traceability and quality compliance.
- Experience working on international SAP transformation projects.

? Working Model Fully remote from anywhere in Europe, with occasional travel to the client's office in Milan, Italy, and/or other international client locations if required.
