We're working with an established international recruitment business that's looking to expand its French-speaking recruitment teams across Barcelona and London. With an established presence in European markets, the business is looking to hire experienced recruitment consultants and a team leader across several specialist markets, including SAP, Data & AI, Cybersecurity and Permanent Recruitment.

There are four opportunities available, offering the chance to join an international recruitment environment with opportunities for career progression.

1. Senior SAP Contract Recruitment Consultant

Location: Barcelona (Hybrid) or London (Remote)

Salary: €31,000–€34,000 (Barcelona) / £33,000–£38,000 (London)

- Minimum 3 years' recruitment experience.
- Experience recruiting SAP professionals within the French market.
- Strong understanding of contract recruitment and business development.
- Native-level French language skills essential.
- Ability to build and develop relationships with clients and candidates.

2. Data & AI / Cybersecurity Contract Recruitment Consultant

Location: Barcelona (Hybrid)

Salary: €28,000–€34,000

- Minimum 2 years' recruitment experience.
- Experience recruiting within Data, AI or Cybersecurity.
- Focus on the French contract recruitment market.
- Native-level French language skills essential.
- Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills.

3. Senior Permanent Recruitment Consultant – France & Belgium

Location: Barcelona (Hybrid)**





Salary: €31,000–€34,000

- Minimum 2 years' recruitment experience.
- Experience within permanent recruitment, ideally covering France or Belgium.
- Native-level French language skills essential.
- Proven ability to develop client relationships and manage recruitment processes.
- Ambition to develop a successful recruitment desk.

4. Permanent Recruitment Team Lead

Location: Barcelona (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to €60,000

An opportunity for an experienced recruitment leader to manage and develop an established team.

- Minimum 2 years' experience managing recruitment teams.
- Experience leading teams of approximately 3–4 consultants.
- Existing network of client and candidate contacts across Europe.
- Native-level French language skills essential.
- Strong business development, leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to drive team performance while remaining commercially involved.
