Migma is building an AI-first email marketing product. Our small Barcelona team helps companies turn a brief, brand assets, and references into editable emails and campaigns. We are hiring a frontend engineer with strong visual design judgment who can turn complex AI workflows into clear, fast, polished product experiences.
Location: Barcelona, Spain. Full-time, permanent, with regular in-person collaboration and occasional remote work.
Salary: €60,000–€80,000 gross per year.
Working language: English.
What you will own
- Design and build React interfaces for our AI email creation flow, shared canvas, and visual editor.
- Make generation, preview, direct editing, and handoff feel coherent across desktop and mobile.
- Work with product and backend engineers on API states, streaming results, loading and error paths, accessibility, and performance.
- Prototype with AI coding tools where useful, then review, test, and refine the result yourself.
- Ship features end to end, observe real use, and improve what falls short.
What we are looking for
- Strong React, TypeScript, and modern CSS skills, with shipped web-product work to show.
- Eye for layout,
typography, interaction, and responsive behavior; ability to design and implement your own UI.
- Experience with complex interactive interfaces, editors, canvases, or AI products is especially useful.
- Sound judgment about state, component boundaries, accessibility, performance, and testing.
- Comfortable collaborating in English and working full-time with the team in Barcelona.
Our current frontend uses Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Zustand, TipTap, and React Flow. You do not need prior experience with every library. We care more about work you have built and decisions you can explain than a fixed number of years or a particular degree. Apply through this job listing with a CV or portfolio and links to two interfaces you helped build. Briefly explain what you designed, what you coded, and one difficult product or technical choice you made. Questions:
