At Greenvolt Power are looking for a Planning & Control Manager to join our team, the P&C; Manager will be responsible for planning, monitoring and controlling project execution, ensuring alignment between schedule, cost, resources and business objectives. The role provides visibility on project performance, identifies risks and deviations, and drives corrective actions to ensure successful project delivery. Conduct financial analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual operational and financial performance. Prepare and monitor monthly reports and key performance indicators (KPIs). Develop and review the annual budget. Strategic & Business Support:
Develop financial forecasts and simulations to support business decision-making.



Track capital allocation per project and monitor respective returns. Process Improvement & Control:
Assist with the consolidation process in collaboration with the Consolidation & Tax team. Monitor short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow requirements for each project. Contribute to the creation and implementation of new financial processes and controls to improve efficiency and accuracy. 7-8 years of professional experience in accounting, consolidation, audit, or planning & control roles, preferably covering multiple geographies. Proficiency in financial and business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Office, SAP. Knowledge of Power BI and Python is valued but not essential. Digital mindset with a focus on automation, data analytics, and process optimization is a plus. Fluency in English is required.
