Planning, organizing and leading games, workshops and activities adapted to different ages and interests. Actively participating in creative activities such as arts and crafts, painting, drawing, group games,



themed activities and educational experiences. Organizing sports games and outdoor activities, always adapting them to the children’s age and abilities. Creating a fun, welcoming, inclusive and respectful environment where every child feels comfortable participating. Constantly supervising children during activities and ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Clearly and engagingly explaining the rules of each activity and encouraging positive behavior and respect among participants. Identifying any situation that could pose a risk to children and immediately reporting it to the appropriate supervisor. Maintaining close and professional communication with parents and guardians, providing information about activities and any relevant situations. Adapting activities to individual needs and encouraging participation and inclusion. Preparing, organizing and maintaining all games, toys, materials and children’s activity areas in excellent condition. Ensuring that all materials and equipment used are appropriate and safe for children. Responding appropriately to incidents or emergencies in accordance with the resort’s established procedures. Providing basic assistance to children when necessary and requesting medical or supervisory support whenever required. Working closely with the Ritz Kids team and other departments to provide an integrated and memorable experience for families. Participating in special activities, celebrations,



children’s events and themed programs organized by the resort. Reporting incidents, accidents, maintenance requirements or unsafe situations according to established procedures. Actively participating in safety, first aid, child safeguarding and other training or certifications required for the position. Complying at all times with Marriott International and The Ritz-Carlton policies, procedures and service standards.
What we are looking for… Completed secondary education or an equivalent qualification. Studies or training in Early Childhood Education, Education, Social and Cultural Activities, Social Integration, Leisure and Recreation, Sports Activities or similar fields will be highly valued. Previous experience is not essential, although experience as a children’s animator, kids’ club assistant, leisure activity monitor, camp counselor, extracurricular activities instructor, childcare professional or in a similar role will be considered an advantage. A genuine passion for working with children and creating fun and memorable experiences. A cheerful, energetic, patient, responsible and approachable personality. Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with children of different ages and backgrounds. Creativity and initiative when developing new games, activities and experiences. The ability to lead groups and keep children engaged in a positive and entertaining way. A strong sense of responsibility and awareness of children’s safety and well-being. The ability to work independently as well as effectively as part of a team. First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain it.
