- Act as a trusted advisor across PC,
Risk, Data Privacy, Information Security, Audit, Legal, IT, and external partners; facilitate alignment between global and local PC teams. Lead discussions on ownership models, governance responsibilities, and operational improvements.
- Lead strategic People Operations initiatives and transformation activities; coordinate implementation of new operating models, governance structures, and process improvements. Support organizational changes affecting People Operations, talent processes, global mobility, employee lifecycle management, and people data management.
