To further strengthen our finance team, we are looking for a General Tax Specialist ensuring clarity, compliance and consistency across all tax-related matters. About The Job

As our Global Tax Specialist, you will:

- Coordinate and monitor global tax compliance across all entities and countries where VYNCKE operates and has tax obligations.
- Be the contact person for local tax advisors and external partners handling corporate tax and VAT returns.
- Provide expert advice on corporate income tax, VAT, transfer pricing and withholding taxes.
- Train business stakeholders and provide country and project specific input on tax related questions to minimize tax risks and increase internal knowledge.
- Analyze cross-border transactions and assess tax implications for our international projects.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal and external advisors to ensure consistent tax governance.
- Identify tax risks & improvement opportunities and lead the implementation of global tax processes and guidelines.

About You We imagine our ideal candidate would:

- Bring solid expertise in corporate tax and VAT, ideally in an international or project business.
- Hold a degree in Tax, Law, Finance or similar, supported by several years of experience.




- Combine analytical strength with hands-on problem solving and clear communication.
- Feel comfortable advising internal stakeholders and translating complex tax matters into practical actions.
- Work proactively, structured and with attention to detail in a compliance-driven context.
- Be eager to build and maintain a global tax framework while collaborating with colleagues worldwide.
