An innovative biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Medical Manager Rare Diseases to play a key role in the upcoming launch of a novel therapy in Spain. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the local medical strategy to support the successful launch of a new therapy within the rare diseases portfolio.Serve as the scientific expert for both internal and external stakeholders, providing high-quality medical and clinical insights throughout the pre-launch and launch phases.Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, scientific societies, patient advocacy groups, and other relevant stakeholders.Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory, Clinical Development,



and Integral Medical teams to ensure alignment and successful launch execution.Support evidence generation initiatives, including real-world evidence projects, investigator-sponsored studies, and medical research activities.Candidate ProfileAdvanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related scientific field.

MD, PharmD, or PhD preferred.Strong scientific acumen and the ability to build credibility with external experts and healthcare stakeholders.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English; Spanish is highly valued.
