Human Resources Manager

Hours: Part-time – adaptable, to be agreed

About the Role e3 Systems specialises in providing Communications and IT services for large yachts.

We are looking for an experienced Part-Time HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of HR for our growing international team based in Mallorca. The HR Manager will serve as a core member of the leadership team, directly responsible for aligning people strategies with e3 Systems’ long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day HR function for the company.

Advise management on employment law, employment contracts and employee rights and obligations.

Support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes.

Manage performance metrics, compensation models, and professional development paths to motivate and retain critical talent in line with business growth plans.

Manage employment contracts, contract changes, salary reviews, working hours, holidays, absences and other employee documentation.

Liaise with the company's gestoría/payroll provider and ensure accurate and timely payroll information.

Advise managers on employee relations, performance, disciplinary and grievance matters.

Manage sickness absence, maternity/paternity leave, holidays and other statutory employee entitlements.

Manage and oversee the Health and Safety functions of the company.

Ensure company HR policies and procedures are up to date and legally compliant including workplace conduct, equal opportunities, health and safety and data protection.

Manage staff communications and company updates.





Provide practical HR support and guidance to employees in a professional and approachable manner.

Requirements

Essential

Degree or recognised professional qualification in Human Resources, Employment Relations, Business Administration, Law or a related discipline.

Minimum 5 years' HR experience, ideally in an SME or international company.

Strong practical knowledge of employment law.

Proven experience working with Convenios Colectivos, including interpreting their requirements and applying them to employment conditions.

Experience managing employment contracts, employee relations, payroll coordination and HR administration in Spain.

Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of the HR function.

High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Desirable

HR experience within an international or multicultural business environment.

Experience in a technology, engineering, maritime or similarly technical business.

Personal Profile

We are looking for someone who is practical, approachable and commercially minded, with the confidence to deal with both employees and senior management.

You should be comfortable taking ownership of HR matters, identifying potential issues before they become problems, and explaining employment requirements clearly to managers.
