* Partner with marketing and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, improve efficiency, and shape strategic initiatives
* Lead analytical deep dives to uncover insights and translate them into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
* Visualize and communicate analytical findings clearly to support data-driven decision-making across the organization
* Apply statistical methodologies to evaluate performance and account for uncertainties in major initiatives
* Explore and prototype AI-driven automation opportunities to streamline investigations and improve decision-making Требования
* Experience with predictive modeling, statistics, experimental design, optimization, or data visualization
* Understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs, including campaign optimization, Lifetime Value (LTV) modeling, and incrementality analysis

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn ambiguous questions into data-driven insights
* Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex data in simple, actionable terms
* Proven work experience in data analytics or data science roles
* BS in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, or another quantitative field
