Robert Walters is seeking a Chief Restructuring Officer for a confidential company based in Valladolid. The successful candidate will lead its restructuring and transformation, focusing on financial stability, operational efficiency and long-term business sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the restructuring plan, establishing clear priorities, milestones and performance indicators.

- Oversee cash flow planning and initiatives to improve liquidity and working capital.

- Identify and implement cost optimisation, process improvement and profitability initiatives.

- Lead negotiations with lenders, creditors and other key stakeholders.





- Partner with senior management and shareholders on critical decisions and lead teams through implementation.

Candidate Profile

- Proven experience leading restructuring, turnaround or business transformation programmes.

- Strong expertise in corporate finance, cash management and operational performance.

- Experience in industrial businesses would be an advantage.

- Excellent negotiation, leadership and execution skills in complex environments.

- Availability to work in Valladolid.
